Ask us about any Diving and Fishing Charters you have in mind. Dive! Tutukaka leaves for the Poor Knights Islands every day for a full days diving, snorkelling and kayaking in and around these magical islands. Ask us about Cave Rider, an ocean eco-adventure taking 2 and a half hours exploring caves and arches and a thrilling ride there and back. Other dive and fishing charters can be arranged to suit your time, and your pocket.
SURFING
Tutukaka Surf Co on the Ngunguru waterfront will provide you with surfboard hire, surfboard lessons and good advice of where to get a surf during your stay on the Tutukaka Coast. A great little store for all your surf gear, clothing and gifts on the Tutukaka Coast.
KAYAKING
There are several places along the Tutukaka Coast where Kayaks can be hired, or you can choose a more adventurous guided sea-kayak trip.
WALKING TRACKS

BEAUTIFUL BEACHES
As well as the beach at the end of the drive at Malibu Mal’s Lodge, within 10 minutes drive there some of the most stunning beaches in the world.
GARDENS
The Tutukaka Coast has two very interesting garden outlets not to be missed by those interested in the gardening scene. Tawapou specialises in all plants native to New Zealand, and Russell Franshams Sub-tropicals, home to some of the most exotic species in the world.
FARM PARK EXPERIENCE
Bluewater Farm Park holds a commanding position on the Tutukaka Coast taking in views from Cape Brett to Coromandel on a clear day. Farm animals and other wild life experiences are great fun for the young and the young at heart.
RESTAURANTS & BARS
There are some fine restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets on the Tutukaka Coast such as The Knights Restaurant at Oceans Resort, Schnappa Rock Restaurant and Bar, Marina Pizzeria, Moochas at the Deep Sea Angler Club, Solaris Cafe at Ngunguru and Greens Restaurant in the Ngunguru Sports Complex. Don't forget the Ngunguru Takeaways for the best fish and chips on the Tutukaka Coast. All come recommended and provide a wide spectrum of choice.
